How I do it:
As a retired federal law enforcement officer, serving over 22 years within the military criminal investigative organizations of the U.S. Naval Investigative Service (now known as the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, NCIS), and the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), I conducted many investigations of crimes against persons and property. These investigations included procurement contract fraud impacting major weapons systems programs within the Departments of the Navy and Air Force. As a civilian Special Agent, investigations were conducted within the DOD Voluntary Disclosure Program, the Qui Tam provisions of the False Claims Act, and the Anti-Kickback Act. I am a licensed private investigator provider with a Class B license, No. 2003015325, issued by the State of Ohio. My investigative and consultation services for these issues are NOT an alternative to retaining the services of competent outside counsel that specializes in these kinds of litigation. As a retired civilian Special Agent working within these military criminal investigative organizations, I offer my expertise as an investigator working within the DOD Voluntary Disclosure Program and the Qui Tam provisions of the False Claims Act in order to provide an investigator's point of view of the large and small business contractor's problem or a developing problem, if deemed appropriate, prior to retaining competent outside counsel. A more complete and informative website is currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION. Check back again and your FEEDBACK is welcome.
